In every profession, there are people who tend to be the best at it. There is the best boxer of all time, the best basketball player, the best artist, best author, so why wouldn’t there be the best comedian as well. People often refer to these successful people as people that are the Greatest Of All Time in their profession, or G.O.A.T, in short.
Last weekend Chris Rock received the title of the greatest comedian of all time. Kevin Hart decided to pull a sweet ‘prank’ on his colleague Chris Rock and gift him a goat on stage. The goat should present a token of appreciation for his worth as a comedian.
Chris Rock Received A Goat As A Present From Kevin Hart On Stage – They Name It Will Smith!
Chris Rock amazes Kevin Hart with his comedy skills. Kevin says that he is a fan of Chris ever since he heard him for the first time. But now, he decided to show it to him publicly. That’s why he asked his friend Dave Chappelle to attend their “Rock Hart” tour.
During their show in Madison Square Garden in New York on the 23rd of July, he used the opportunity to surprise his friend and idol.
The show reached its end, and Kevin did not wait long. He jumped and used the opportunity to bring the goat to the stage. Chris Rock was looking at him completely confused about what is happening.
“You have to keep the goat. I bought you the fucking goat.” – Kevin said to Chris.
“I have an apartment, Kevin. They barely let n***as in there. Don’t act like I’m crazy, you brought the goat here. This n**ga is confused with the f**k is happening.” – Chris replied.
What you gonna name this goat Chris?” – Hart said and made a short pause to announce the name. “His name is Will Smith.” – he said as he presented the leash to Chris.
When Kevin used the punchline naming the goat Will Smith, the whole audience went laughing.
Chris Rock is not saying much about what happened on the Oscars this year. He is silent on the topic. On several occasions since the slap, Chris mentioned it, but did not speak long about it. He only says that he is surprised how people can get offended by words.
Allegedly, the reason behind his silence on the topic is the fact that he is waiting for some of the streaming services, such as Netflix, to offer him money to shoot a show on it.
Seems like the slap will be a trademark for both Chris Rock and Will Smith for quite some time now. We can agree on that – the slap was not OK under any circumstance. But what about joking with someone’s medical condition? I’ll let you decide on it.
