Florence Pugh has blasted those criticising her pink-Barbie dress that had exposed her breasts.
Florence Pugh BASHES Those Hating Her For ‘Showing Titties’ Through Her See-Through-Barbie Dress-‘F–k It And F–k That’
Florence, for her part, had worn the dress during the course of the Valentino haute couture show in Rome, Italy.
In the pictures here, we can see that she is wearing the dress, as it becomes very clear that her breasts have been exposed through the see-through material. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Technically they’re covered?”
Nevertheless, the dress did not go down very well for the following reasons. First of all, her critics pointed to the fact that her appearance was leading to the objectification of women.
And given that she does have a younger fanbase, her actions could have led to the promotion of this style across all age groups. Secondly, others argued that her dress was in very poor taste.
And rather than coming across as graceful, she was anything but that. One such user had stated: “LOOKS LIKE THE SHAMELESS MORALLY DEPRIVED ARE OUT AND ABOUT IN FORCE AGAIN.
“PITY BRAS N THINGS LOST A SALE THIS WEEK,” while another remarked: “Showing titties to young children is grace nowadays? Women have set the bar fu**ing LOW.”
Those comments did not sit very well with Florence, and she let her haters know in no uncertain terms that she was not going to stand for that.
She responded by stating that it was nobody’s business to tell her how she should dress, irrespective of what the consequences could be, or their reaction towards it.
And she was ultimately of the view that she was being herself, and by dressing in this way, it was a reaction to the restrictions she wanted to break away from in an otherwise tough industry.
In response, Florence said: “It has always been my mission in this industry to say ‘f–k it and f–k that’ whenever anyone expects my body to morph into an opinion of what’s hot or sexually attractive.”
It is safe to say that Florence does what she wants. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
