The memoir was set to be released this year, but reports indicated that a publishing date had been pushed back.
And yet, the change in date could have been due to the fact that investigative reporter and Royal author Tom Bower only released his book, ‘Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the war between the Windsors,’ this month.
And given that the contents of the book made claims about Harry and Meghan, the decision to delay the release could have been tactical. In any event, though, the public should expect to hear something soon as it has been done and dusted.
A source confirmed the following: “The manuscript has been finished and gone through all of the legal processes. It’s gone and out of Harry’s hands.
“The publishing date has been pushed back once but it is on track for the end of the year.” The timing of the release is significant for the following reasons.
First of all, there is a chance that Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent visit to the UK for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee could be included.
Secondly, as it is set to be released near the back end of the year, the memoir could end up generating headlines into the New Year.
This is in addition to the fact that it will be released at a time where people are spending money during the Christmas festivities. The fans on social media had a lot to say about the memoir.
In the process of doing so, a certain subset felt this could include major bombshells. One person wrote: “If lawyers had to sign it off then it might be a bit risky,” while another person stated: “This will be interesting.”
