Prince Harry was not qualified to speak at the United Nations.
Uneducated Prince Harry Was Not Qualified To Speak At The UN-‘No One Would Be Interested In A Guy Who Scraped Through High School’
That is according to Royal expert Jonathan Sacerdoti. Harry’s speech at the United Nations this week touched upon many pressing issues, including poverty, climate change and even Roe v Wade.
While that may have been the case, it appears that Harry’s intervention did not go down well. This was on the basis that he does not possess the necessary qualities in order to give a legitimate opinion.
In his comments, Jonathan said: “Why was he speaking at the U.N.? Because he’s Prince Harry. Otherwise, without meaning to be too offensive, no one would be interested in a guy who scraped through high school’s opinion on world affairs.”
This same accusation has been directed towards Meghan too. Following her letter to United States House of Representative Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, Meghan received a lot of backlash.
She just so happened to be advocating paid parental leave, but she was accused of meddling into United States politics. So much so that one Republican by the name of Jason Smith did not hold back on his condemnation.
In his comments at the time, Jason remarked: “Ms. Markle’s latest interference in U.S. politics reignites the question in my mind as to why the Royal Family does not simply strip her and Harry officially of their titles.”
Nevertheless, the response on social media was mixed. A certain subset of people agreed with Jonathan’s comments on the basis that Harry was no longer part of the Royal family.
Meanwhile, others argued that this was irrelevant since Harry had been invited to speak. One person wrote: “Mandela’s family requested him, so no one cares what any salty “royal expert”has to say about it.”
Regardless of what you think about Harry, it is fair to say the speech did generate a lot of talking points. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
