Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Results!
Tonight should be an interesting one as the WWE will celebrate the Fourth of July and there will be some wrestling involved, like Theory celebrating the perks of being Mr. McMahon’s protégé.
Let’s get to the action!
The show started off by introducing the new United States Champion Bobby Lashley and he received a pair of standing room only chants of his name as he welcomed us to Raw.
He pointed out it’s not the title that makes the man, but the man that makes the title and he pointed out that there isn’t another man in any division or promotion that can beat him for the US title.

Theory came out brandishing his MITB briefcase and questioned why Lashley gets to kick off Raw since everyone, in Theory’s mind, wants to hear from him.
Austin talked about how the odds were stacked against him, then compared himself to Michael Jordan and Tom Brady combined in the clutch.
Lashley called him out for being an arrogant jacka—and he was gifted an opportunity he didn’t deserve after Lashley fractured his ego into a million pieces.
Theory says he’s going straight to the top, and he’s got a rematch against Lashley at SummerSlam, the promised to take Reigns or Lesnar to A Town Down and leave with both titles as the greatest in history.
Theory sucker punched Lashley and beat him with the briefcase, which happened to pop open and nothing was in it.
Lashley took the briefcase from him and hit a Yurinagi that sent Theory to the floor.
Dominic and Rey Mysterio vs. Judgement Day
Balor and Priest ambushed them from behind before the match.
The match started during the commercial break in a picture in picture, and Priest quickly overwhelmed Rey before tagging Balor in.
Rey slipped free and hit a pair of kicks before Balor caught him with a clothesline for a pin attempt.

Rey rallied to hit a hurricanrana and tag in Dominik, and Dominik used a Old School arm drag, then he caught Priest with an elbow and dropkick off the ropes, and sent Priest to the floor with a low bridge.
Rey hit a sitton, but Priest caught him off the top rope with a right.
Priest blindtagged in and tossed Dominik into the barricade and he and Priest continued to work over Dom.
Rey came close with a tornado DDT for a near pinfall on Priest, and he then headed to the top to nailed a sitton for another pin attempt but Balor broke it up.
Priest hit a slam on Rey, but Balor missed the Coup de Grace, and the Mysterios hit a double 619 on Balor and Priest.
Balor took a chair from Dom, and Rey dropped as the ref turned around in time to think he struck Rey and the Mysterios got the win via Disqualification.
Rey had a couple of homages to Latino Heat that were pretty cool.
In a prerecorded promo, Logan Paul announced he only signed the WWE contract to beat down the Miz, and the Miz replied he’s proud of that, then switched his attention to a rematch with AJ Styles tonight.

Backstage, the Street Profits held a July 4th party when Alpha Academy interrupted it, and after a back and forth, Ford set up a hot dog eating contest between Dawkins and Otis.
Elsewhere, Priest and Balor jumped the Mysterios and Priest speared Dom into a ladder before officials arrived.
The Miz vs. AJ Styles
Styles took control early on until the Miz hit a knee, but Styles nailed him with a dropkick and sent Miz to the floor with a clothesline, and followed with a forearm over the top rope as we headed to commercial.
The WWE’s gone full in on picture in picture as the Miz took some abuse, then countered with a neckbreaker before posing.

Miz worked him over with a series of kicks in the corner, then missed a running knee.
Styles responded with a combination and a pair of clotheslines before hitting a neckbreaker for a near pinfall.
Styles kicked out of a figure 4 and hit the Phenomenal Forearm for the win.
Ciampa attacked Styles from behind and he stomped away before sending Styles into the ring post.
Styles sidestepped his running knee and went for a Styles Clash, but Miz grabbed him to finish it off with a Skull Crushing Finale. Miz and Ciampa shook hands over Styles and left the ring together.
