The Stallone family is falling apart. Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce on Friday and expects to close the matter as soon as possible.
It is rumored that the split is due to some bizarre reason like a fight over the dog Dwight. However, the real reason is far greater than this. As Flavin explains, the real reason is Sylvester Stallone’s constant moving assets from the family fund to other funds. When she has had enough she decided to end this once and for all.

According to Stallone, the reason is far more generic than this. He simply says that the couple didn’t ‘get along too well’ lately and these ‘major differences’ are the reason for their split. However, everyone with a sane mind might end up asking himself, when did these differences occur? Why did it take 30 years to find out that they have ‘differences’?
While we don’t know the exact reason, and most probably we won’t find out in the recent period, Jennifer Flavin’s statement might indicate that it is all about money.
“Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate. Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife receives compensation by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor. Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings.” – the divorce documents state.
Flavin is concerned about the marital assets since it seems like Stallone is wasting them on stuff that doesn’t benefit the marriage. Also, she is concerned that the Rocky actor is not true to her with the numbers.

Flavin asks for privacy for the family ‘as they amicably move forward.’ She gave a statement stating that she is not ‘that mad’ at the actor. That she ‘cherishes the time’ spent with him.
“I’m sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone. While we will no longer be in marriage, I will always cherish the more than the 30-year relationship that we shared. I know we will both commit to our beautiful daughters.” – Flavin says for People magazine.
