Jessalynn Siwa, who happens to be JoJo Siwa’s mother, has given her take on her daughter’s social media feud with Candace Cameron Bure.
JoJo Siwa’s Mother Jessalynn Siwa Bashes Bible Lover Candace Cameron Bure-‘ It’s Super Easy To Quote A Bible Verse, It’s About How You Treat People’
This all started when JoJo released a video on TikTok mentioning the ‘rudest celebrity’ she had met. And as part of that process, Candace’s name came up.
This was on the basis that Candace had refused JoJo’s wish for a photo at the premiere of ‘The Fuller House.’ And as Candace apparently took pictures with other kids, this did not go down well with JoJo, who was only 11 at the time.
With that being said, Jessalynn wanted to make sure that this was all about having respect. In her comments, she said: “I talked about this on my podcast a while back. The recent story told wasn’t quite right so here is the real version.
“At the end of the day this story , it’s not about a simple photo it’s about how you treat people.” In response, Candace did apologise and this was something that JoJo accepted.
In doing so, Candace also shared a Bible verse on her social media, as a way to show that there were no hard feelings. Although that may have been the case, Candace’s daughter Natasha came out to slam JoJo for taking this all overboard.
And it is the reaction of Candace that got Jessalynn annoyed. Her following comments confirmed as much: “Real, genuine kindness always goes a long way.
“It’s super easy to quote a Bible verse when everyone is looking at you but morals are what you have when no one is looking.” The fans on social media had a different take on the matter.
A certain subset felt it was time to let this go and move on. After all, there was no benefit to speak about this any longer. One person wrote: “Jessalynn Siwa, get a grip.
“Just crying for attention to stay relevant. Maybe your morals should be challenged since you have been exploiting your daughter for years.”
So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
