Prince Harry has proven people wrong with his recent trip to Rwanda and Mozambique in order to carry out charity work.
Prince Harry’s African Trip Was A Huge Success-‘He Can Do His Work Without A Posse Of Photographers And Press,’ Says Royal Expert Jennie Bond
That is according to royal expert Jennie Bond. Harry arrived in the region last week in order to represent the charity ‘Africa Parks.’ It was a surprise 3-day visit since he attended without Meghan Markle, while the visit was kept rather discreet.
Harry first became involved with the charity in 2016 when he was working on an elephant project in Malawi. A year later, the Duke of Sussex became the president of the organisation.
And ever since that moment, he has kept close ties with them. The aim of the charity is to preserve animal life, and this is something that Harry is passionate about.
In an official statement given on behalf of Harry, a representative said the following: “[Harry was] welcoming and co-hosting a group of U.S. officials, conservationists and philanthropists as they tour protected wildlife and nature areas.”

And by the looks of it, the visit went down well. In the picture here, we can see Harry has met up with President Kagame. They are showing a symbol of unity, as they stand next to each other.
Nevertheless, the tour did not receive a lot of media coverage. This may simply have been because Harry is no longer a member of the Royal Family. But in any event, Jennie was shocked that there was not more coverage.
In her comments, she said: “I am gobsmacked that he could make a tour and pass through London going completely under the radar.
“I admire that he has shown that he can do his work without a posse of photographers and press, he can run his own show.”
As long as Harry made a difference, then the publicity surrounding it is the last of anyone’s worries. And that is the most important thing to remember going forward.
