Prince Harry’s upcoming tell-all memoir could be delayed up until 2023.
Prince Harry’s Memoir Delayed Again Until 2023-‘Harry Has Some Truth Bombs In His Book That He Is Debating On’
Reports indicated that there were hopes for the book to be published at the back end of this year. This was meant to be in line with the Christmas festivities, which tends to be one of the most popular times for book sales.
While that may be the case, this would have the impact of Harry’s book going up against Michelle Obama’s, ‘The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times.’
And as Michelle’s book is set to come out on November 15th, it may have added some unnecessary rivalry if Harry’s book came out shortly after.
With that being said, the timing of Harry’s book has now become uncertain. A source said the following: “Things are up in the air.”
Things have also been complicated by virtue of the fact that the memoir has yet to be placed on Amazon. This has had the impact of people missing out on vital pre-orders should they wish to get the book in time.
This begs the question: Is the delay because of Michelle’s book or another reason? Well, another source alleged that the Duke of Sussex is considering whether he should publish some very truthful disclosures.
After all, the last time that Harry and his wife Meghan Markle spoke out, it did generate a lot of backlash. This was seen during the couple’s Oprah Winfrey interview, with fears that Harry’s memoir could have a similar impact.
Another source confirmed the following: “I have heard that Harry has some truth bombs in his book that he is debating on whether to include or not.
“So this [push back is] no surprise if he needs more time to work on the book.” Ultimately, once Harry releases the book, he knows that there is no way of going back.
With that being said, it is probably wise that he takes his time even if this does end up casting doubt on the release date. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
