Samantha Markle has hit out at Meghan Markle following the release of her ‘Archetypes’ podcast on Spotify.
Samantha Markle Slams Meghan For Failing To Acknowledge Her Family’s Support On Her Spotify Podcast-‘There Are Others Who Help Us’
Samantha’s criticism arrived in light of Meghan’s claim that ambition was not viewed negatively until she started dating Prince Harry, especially since she was a woman.
But in order to give those comments some perspective, Samantha felt it was pivotal to acknowledge the role that others played in Meghan’s success.
She expanded on how their father had made significant financial contributions in order to support Meghan’s dreams.
In her comments, Samantha said: “They were empowered at Immaculate Heart by the nuns to be independent women. But, wait a minute, who paid for Immaculate Heart. That was all my dad.”

Nevertheless, the relations between Meghan and her father Thomas Markle have been at an all-time low. Allegations emerged that Thomas had been speaking to the press and staged paparazzi photos in the run-up to Meghan’s wedding.
Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex had allegedly not reached out to her father following his hospitalization with a stroke.
And to top it all off, Thomas claimed that Meghan failed to acknowledge the gift he had sent for her 40th birthday.
And yet, Samantha doubled down on her beliefs that there were others who were crucial to Meghan’s success. Samantha’s following comments confirmed as much: “We are not in a vacuum.
“There are others who help us along the way, who support us, who love us, who bring us up and who pay for everything that gives us a platform.”
The response on social media, though, differed. A certain subset of people felt Meghan did not owe anyone anything since she had taken steps to forge the current success that she had.
One person wrote: “She owes her father nothing.” Much like Harry’s poor relations with his family, the same can be said of Meghan too.
