Christine Quinn has revealed that she will not be returning to Selling Sunset.
Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn Has Left The Show
According to reports, this was a mutual decision reached by Quinn and the producers. As a result, Christine will be focusing on other ventures that she has lined up in the fields of modelling and real estate.
A source confirmed the following: “She has inked a deal with IMG Models and is taking jobs modeling and making personal appearances at fashion industry functions.
“Quinn is also working with RealOpen, her husband Christian’s real estate firm.” This is a major blow for the franchise for the following reasons. First of all, Quinn is one of the OG members of the show.
During her time on it, she provided plenty of entertainment as her pregnancy became a serious talking point. There were suggestions that perhaps she had faked the whole thing.
This rumour initially emerged given how fast she had managed to return to work following the pregnancy. Secondly, Christine was also involved in a Covid-19 test scandal after claims that she had missed the reunion show by faking a positive covid test.
Lastly in any event, this revelation contradicts earlier reports that Christine was going to appear on the new season. But now that things have been made official, the show’s stars have had their say on the matter.
Emma Hernan responded to the news with the following comments: “I heard about that … we’ll see what happens. I think the show does very, very well – we have a lot of amazing people.”
The fans on social media were disappointed by Christine’s departure. A certain subset of people felt that the show would no longer be the same without her. And in the process, this could damage the show going forward.
One person wrote: “What is the point without Christine? I’m not interested in watching a show just about Real Estate. The friendships, the drama is what keeps us watching.”
