Andrew Tate has made too many controversial statements about women during his time online and gained a lot of attention from people around the world.

As a result, all of the social media platforms where Tate was gaining enormous popularity decided to stop him at once. Tate received a ban from Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Twitch for violation of their policies at almost the same time. At this time there is no information on that how and who initiated the ban to happen. However, there are rumors that several feministic organizations filed for his silencing and putting away from the limelight.
We haven’t heard or seen from Tate until his recent appearance at the ‘Tucker Carlson Today’ on Fox Nation. During the interview, Andrew Tate spoke in a tone that is out of character for his ‘alpha’ personality. While at the interview, Tate claimed that the mainstream media banned him because he was promoting basic ‘traditional masculine values’.
“They banned me simply because I had large swaths of the population agreeing to very traditional masculine values.” – Andrew explained to Tucker Carlson.
“I live a very traditionally masculine life.” – he adds. “I have fast cars and a big house and a lot of money and a beautiful girlfriend, and they thought this was very, very threatening. And for some reason, they decided that it’s better they annihilate me from the internet and replace me with somebody who’s more aligned with whatever they’re trying to propose.”
Both Facebook and Instagram banned Tate’s accounts permanently and deleted all his posts under the explanation that he broke their company’s policies on ‘dangerous organizations and individuals’. YouTube, the platform on which he had been monetizing his videos followed. They suspended Tate’s channel TateSpeech permanently under the explanation that he violated their guidelines and terms of service.
Tate is 35 years old and raised to fame after his appearance on the Big Brother reality show. Even then, people watching the show label him as someone who is behaving misogynistic and abusive. After the Big Brother appearance seems like Tate was on an incline move in his career constantly. He made most of his money through running ‘sex web cam’ websites on the internet, and recently he gained a lot of popularity on the internet through his controversial videos. This fuelled his businesses as well.
Throughout his time on the internet, Tate has made some ‘nasty’ comments about women in general. From the most controversial statements we choose his comparison of women with dogs, his statements on why women should not be allowed to drive, and lastly his most famous one – that women should bear responsibility for being rape victims.
“If you put yourself in a position to be raped, you must bare some responsibility.” – Tate’s tweet from 2017 reads. “I’m not saying it’s OK you got raped. No woman should be a victim of abusing regardless. However, with sexual assault, they want to put zero blame on the victim whatsoever.”
Amongst other things, Tate gave a detailed explanation of how he would assault a woman if he caught her cheating on him. He says he would ‘uppercut her’ and ‘leave her there on the floor’. And he is not a stranger to assaulting women as well. One of his employees at the webcam service claims that she and her colleagues are victims of violence. She claimed that he hit her, and she reported it to the authorities. However, he somehow managed to ‘get away with it’.
Furthermore, Tate has once revealed that he allegedly broke some woman’s jaw during a bar fight. He confessed that somehow he got away with it in the end, and did not give any additional details on the matter.
In addition to all the above, Andrew once gave his opinion on age preference for girls that he dates. He says that he would rather date an 18-year-old girl rather than a woman in her mid or late 20s due to one simple reason – ‘they’ve been through less dick’.
As time is passing, there are more and more stories on Tate emerging to light. According to The Guardian, there is an ongoing investigation on Tate that is investigating his alleged involvement in human trafficking. These allegations received a total denial from the ex-kick boxer.
On several occasions, we can hear about Andrew Tate’s reason behind his moving from the UK to Romania. In a report from the Guardian, he said that he did it because he wants to be free.
“I’m not a rapist, but I like the idea of just being able to do what I want. I like being free.” Tate says that he is not being critical of women only. He says that he criticizes men regularly as well. However, we do not hear these sides of the stories because ‘they ignore them’ for some reason.
“What happens is when I say these things, they ignore 95% of what I say.” – Tate says. “They ignore me saying that you need to avoid low-quality men. And they take the bit where I say, ‘Avoid women who are dishonest.’ And then they put it on a reel — a very short three- or four-second clip — and then they say I’m a misogynistic person and I’m dangerous to women and they need to ban me.”
