Kevin Federline is completely, absolutely, sure that Jamie Spears saved Britney from an inevitable doom by keeping her in conservatorship.
The long conservatorship was put to an end last year. It did not come immediately, Britney had to go through a long court battle to fight for her freedom. Eventually, she won by testifying that her father put her on medication against her will. In addition, her dad and her ‘observatories’ didn’t remove her IUD to have children for a long period.

During the lengthy trial, Britney also revealed that she sees her father as someone who loves to have control over people. Especially when it is someone with as successful a career as her.
However, this is not the case with Kevin Federline’s views on the situation. Kevin Federline is the ex-husband of the popular singer who has full custody over their two sons. During the short marriage of less than 4 years, he saw Britney as someone who is weak. Someone who lacks a clear picture of her future.
Kevin Federline was a guest at “60 minutes Australia” recently. During the interview, he reflected on his life with the singer and said that he believes that Jamie Spears saved the ‘circus’ of a singer.
When asked about his opinion on Britney’s conservatorship Kevin said – “A hundred percent, I feel like he saved her back then.”
He added that he did not dare to interfere with it since the only thing that mattered to him during that period was his two sons.
“I wasn’t involved in any of it so I really don’t know how the conservatorship came about. I don’t know whose decision it was.” – Kevin said. “All I know is that you have a family that worries about their daughter. They are trying to do whatever they can to help her. That’s all that I knew.”
Federline is still in dispute with the singer after claiming that their two sons don’t think highly of their mother.
Britney revealed that both, Jayden and Sean do not have a good relationship with her. In a now-deleted Instagram post, Britney said that she felt it is ‘hateful’ from her sons to refuse to interact with her. Especially while visiting during the conservatorship period.
Federline got offended by Britney’s statement and decided to share a video of her yelling at her sons when they were on a visit.
“I can not sit back and let her accuse my sons in this way. Especially after what they went through.” – Federline captioned his post. “As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to post these videos the boys took when they were 11 & 12. This isn’t even the worst of it. The lies have to stop. I hope our kids grow up to be better than this. #NeverFearTruth.”
Britney and her lawyers didn’t like this move and even asked Jamie to remove the video. However, he stood firmly behind his decision.
“I’ve spent the better part of my adult life turning the other cheek in response to attacks on me.” Federline said during the “60 Minutes Australia” interview. “When she attacked our children I found the need to set the record straight to be overwhelming.”
