That is according to royal expert Dr Tessa Dunlop. This is on the basis that Meghan has been the one generating the headlines. Her ‘Archetypes’ podcast on Spotify went to number one and outdid Joe Rogan in the process.
But during the course of the first episode, Harry was simply relegated to a minor role as he made a short cameo to comment about Serena Williams’ hair.
In addition, Harry’s bit part nature was also seen during the promotion of Meghan’s 40×40 campaign where he was simply seen juggling outside the window. Much in the same way, Harry dressed up in orange in order to do a promo for the Invictus Games.
With that being said, Harry’s influence has diminished. In her comments, Tesa said: “Poor old Harry. Who is front of The Cut? It’s Meghan.
“Who is hosting the podcast? It’s Meghan. Where’s Harry? I feel sorry for Harry. He’s like the in-between guy. Meghan is off there in the fast lane.”

It is not exactly clear if this is a conscious decision by the Duke of Sussex to take a step back, or whether this is simply Meghan taking control.
But one thing for sure is that something has to change, as Markle’s outspoken nature is inadvertently impacting Harry by way of extension.
She was heavily criticised since her bombshell revelations with ‘The Cut’ coincided on the 25th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death. And the fact that it went ahead despite Harry being in Meghan’s presence was all the more telling.
The fans on social media were in agreement with Tesa’s claims. A certain subset of people mocked Harry and felt he had to take more control. One person wrote: “He needs to talk to Will Smith – to learn his place to the wife!”
