Prince Harry’s arrival and departure from Balmoral by himself spoke volumes.
Prince Harry’s Arrival And Departure From Balmoral Alone Spoke Volumes-‘ It Would Have Been All The Harder For Him’
Following the news that Queen Elizabeth’s health had deteriorated, Harry made the decision to travel to Balmoral. However, in contrast to other members of the Royal Family, he came by himself.
This was then followed by reports that he stayed around 12 hours before departing in the early hours of the morning. But in the process, he left alone just like he had come.
This was highly significant, as it showed that there is still a long way to go before the whole family can reunite. And it was all summed up by the following video.
In the video here, we can see Harry leaving Scotland by himself as he gets ready to board a plane. He gives a little tap on the shoulder to an airport worker, who acknowledges that he must have a lot on his mind.
With that being said, the trip must have been very difficult for him to do. A source confirmed the following: “Despite everything that’s happened over the past few years, Harry was incredibly fond of his grandmother.
“It would have been all the harder for him that he was making those sad, fateful journeys alone, with only his memories of his gran to keep him company.”
Things were also not helped by the fact that Harry did not allegedly make it in time to see his grandmother when she passed.
This was exacerbated, especially in light of reports that he turned down an opportunity to see her at Balmoral prior to her death.
And given the tragedy that had happened with his late mother Princess Diana’s car crash, this is another demon that Harry will have to contend with.
The following comments confirmed as much: “Harry would have been distraught that he did not make it there in time to say goodbye. He’ll be thinking about all the time he’s lost with his gran while in the US.”
Nevertheless, Harry, Meghan, Prince William and Kate Middleton did walk together to pay respects to the Queen at Windsor. But whether that leads to a full reconciliation is anyone’s guess.
Time will tell. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
