Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
We’re going to dive into the aftermath of Clash at the Castle and get a steel cage match as Bobby Lashley will defend the United States Championship against the Miz in a steel cage and rumor has it Braun Strowman will return.
We’ll be back to kick WWE Raw Live Results into gear at the 8 pm EST showtime.
Segment 1
Edge came out and called out Dominik Mysterio for turning on Rey Mysterio, and said they can hash it out how they want to, but he’s a different animal and challenged Dom to come to the ring so he can beat him.
Rey came out to talk Edge down, and Edge told him Dominik’s old enough to answer for his actions, and when Edge challenged him again Rhea Ripley came out and said she made Dominik into a man. Dominik joined her and they headed to the ring.
Rey went out to meet them and tried to talk to Dominik and some fans chanted “Eddie’s son!”
Finn Balor and Damian Priest jumped Edge from behind and Edge held his own until Dominik hit a chop block and they hammered on Edge’s knee with a chair, then Balor hit a Coup de Grace on his injured knee wrapped in a chair.
Segment 2
WWE Championship Contenders Fatal 4 Way – The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods) vs. Alpha Academy (Chad Gable, Otis) vs. The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins, Montez Ford) vs. Los Lotharios (Humberto, Angel)
This started out as a slow burn until the New Day had to force each other, but they cleared the ring instead and hit stereo somersaults over the top rope to take out everyone as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
The teams exchanged suicide dives, superplexes, and Otis hit a splash from the middle rope on Ford but Kofi broke up the pin as we headed to commercial.
Segment 4
Ford hit a From the Heavens on Otis, but Gable had blindtagged in and locked in an ankle lock as Braun Strowman made his return and stood across from Gable.
Strowman took out the heel team and knocked Otis off the apron for no reason but the fans loved it. Then then dropped the security men running in to stop him and powerbombed the last one.
He then put Otis through the barricade and dropped everyone else before putting Dawkins through the announce desk.
Segment 5
Aliyah and Raquel Rodriguez vs. Doudrop and Nikki ASH
Doudrop dominated early on and then Raquel took over until the pair faced off. Raquel pulled Doudrop off the top rope for a Tahana Bomb for the win.
Segment 6
Austin Theory came out and proudly displayed the MITB briefcase and declared himself the future Undisputed WWE Champion.
He claimed he’ll cash in on Reigns and had trouble talking thanks to his sore jaw. Kevin Owens came out in response.
Owens mocked him by saying he was KO’d. He then pointed out had he cashed in Drew or Reigns would’ve put him into the ground he would’ve lost his opportunity forever.
Theory called him out for not winning championships.
Kevin Owens vs. Austin Theory
Theory ducked out of the ring as soon as the bell rang, but Owens went after him and pummeled him.
Theory survived to have a couple of comebacks and gain the upper hand and counter a senton off the apron by getting his knees up as we headed to commercial.
Segment 7
After trading a superkick and boot, Theory snapped Owens backwards onto the ring steps for a near count out, and Theory went to work with a neckbreaker for a near pinfall.
Owens hit a super brainbuster, a pop up powerbomb, and a stunner for the win.
Segment 8
Damage CTRL came to the ring and they wasted no time in patting themselves on their backs for their win at Clash at the Castle, and Bayley pointed out she pinned Belair for her first pinfall loss in over 300 days.
Belair came out and challenged her to a match, and when it was refused she held the title up and pointed out unless it’s one on one and Bayley has the title. Bayley’s in control of nothing.
Bayley and company left the ring, and she called out Belair for having a fragile ego that can’t handle that one loss.
Segment 9
Backstage, Theory confronted Johnny Gargano about being Johnny Talking, and Gargano said he’s returning to in ring action next week.
Rey Mysterio vs. Damian Priest
Rey tried to start it off fast, but Priest caught him with a boot off the ropes and took it to Rey.
As soon as Rey turned it around, the rest of Judgement Day came down the ramp with Dominik carrying a steel chair as we headed to commercial.
Segment 10
Rey made another comeback with a sitton for a near pinfall, but he kept locking eyes with Dominik.
Dominik stood on the apron to stop Rey from hitting a 619, then while the ref was distracted Priest caught him with a clothesline and then a South From Heaven to end the match.
After the match, Ripley said Dominik will set up a match against Edge next week.
Segment 11
United States Championship Steel Cage Match – Bobby Lashley (c) vs. The Miz w/Ciampa
Miz hit Lashley with the US title belt from behind before the match could start, and he forced him to the floor so he and Ciampa could double team Lashley by sending him into the cage a couple of times and even used the ring steps on Lashley’s arm as we headed to commercial.
Segment 12
The match started during the picture in picture commercial break and we returned for a near pinfall by the Miz.
Lashley quickly took over and pummeled Miz off the cage and dragged him back in when he tried to escape a coupe of times.
Segment 13
After Lashley dominated most of the way once the match started, the Miz and Ciampa made Lashley earn it and Miz hit a Skull Crushing Finale for a near pinfall.
After slamming Lashley’s head in the door a dozen times, Miz started to climb out and had it won, but Dexter Loomis was under him and Miz retreated into the ring where Lashley hit a spear to retain.
After the match, Loomis climbed into the cage, and Lashley closed the cage door on Miz, and then Loomis pulled him off the cage and locked him into a arm triangle and then petted Miz’s head in the ring after he passed out.
This was a decent show with a couple of big reveals that were cool but felt more like Vince McMahon ideas than Triple H’s. What did you think about it? Let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining WWE Raw Live Results.
We had a blast and can’t wait for next week.
See you then!
