Cara Delevingne is one of the stars that feature in the new docuseries “Planet Sex”. The supermodel opens up and speaks about some of the lessons in life and some of her experiences revolving around sex. However, while filming she realized one thing. She is more easily shocked by matters related to sex or nudity than she actually thought. She spoke about a seminar she attended, where people were more open about their sexuality than her.
The supermodel Cara Delevingne states that the filming of the docuseries was an extremely pleasurable event. She says that each day could be distinct by some happening, or experience that woke something deep in her. The Hulu show has the controversial supermodel in its focus as she goes on to explore different forms of sexuality.
Cara Delevingne Attended A Masturbation Seminar – She Received A Shocking Request While There
However, on the path when filming the episodes, Cara Delevingne reveals that she found out something about her that she didn’t know before. When one of the attendees at the ‘Masturbation seminar’ asked her to ‘do something’ before continuing with her session she felt very uncomfortable.
Cara Delevingne is the executive producer of the series, aside from starring in it. She claims that filming the series opened her eyes. It most definitely opened her soul so she can be more honest and open about her sexuality. In addition, she says that she never thought that this would be such an exciting experience. The filming of the series became one of the most exciting things she has ever done.
“I went into the masturbation seminar thinking it was going to be a classroom and I’d have a notepad, and instead it was a pink, leather gym mat on the floor, with six people going, ‘Well, take your underwear off. This is the lube.’” – the supermodel reveals.
While most people are not even considering going to a ‘masturbation session’, and are feeling comfortable doing it mostly alone, Cara Delevingne didn’t hesitate to grasp the moment when life presented it to her. However, the situation she ended up in, didn’t make her feel comfortable at all. She put herself into more of a weird situation where she didn’t know how to behave. The situation made her realize that she is actually a prude.
“I didn’t realize I was a prude.” – Cara Delevingne confessed. “I think I’m a pretty hip, young, cool, down-with-anything kind of girl but I was like, ‘Sorry what? Sorry, no, absolutely not, I will not do that.’ But I kind of did everything I felt comfortable doing.”
Delevingne confesses to being an open person. She identifies as someone who is not afraid or ashamed to try new things. However, the experience she had during the filming of the docuseries was too much even for her.
“I’m used to being a chameleon but this was absurd. One day you’re going to get your blood taken while having an orgasm, the next day you’re going to a porn library. I was like, ‘Right, okay, screw my head back on.’” – Cara Delevingne said.
The series is to premiere on November 29th on Hulu. The promotion already started earlier this month. Cara Delevingne, as one of the main actors in the series, went on a trip to Cannes to promote it. The model was present in the first rows at the Grand Palais at the promotion event. The organizers played 10 minutes of the first episode and the crowd had positive comments about it. Reports state that the opening line of the series is with Cara Delevingne, where she states she is a ‘100% queer’.
In each episode of the series, Cara Delevingne is facing a new big question about sex and sexuality. The model has a full spectrum of cultures, laboratories, and individuals presented to her, so she can discover as much as possible about sexuality and finally, answer each question.
Cara Delevingne is also an executive producer of the docuseries “Planet Sex”. She is in each scene, each conversation, and each situation of the series. She claims that as her level of involvement was high, it helped her ‘open her eyes’. Delevingne reveals that she was eager to take on the series, exactly because of this reason, she wanted to learn as much as possible about sexuality, and about herself as a person.
“I feel like I needed this in my life, honestly. Maybe not to do it on camera — I mean, that is something I wanted to do for other people. But in terms of, for me, I grew up a lot. I had chosen to take a step back from love and relationships for a while before I did this. This made me realize again how much I needed to repair certain things in my life and move on from that. I really grew up a lot.”
The ‘Planet Sex’ actress says that through the scenes of the series, she learned much about herself. She found her hidden personality, and she explored more than she ever expected.
“If I can or have had the effect I have on only one person or a group of kids, I don’t think I’ve spoken about it enough. Yes, showing my face with someone I was in love with who happened to be the same sex, was something. But that wasn’t really enough on the real road and real journey I’ve been on in my life. The hard times, good times, great times… I was upset at myself I hadn’t done it earlier.”
What is your opinion on the ‘masturbation seminar’? Are you as open-minded as Cara Delevingne to attend one?
