The star had already caused quite a stir when she had decided to bleach her eyebrows in the first place. And in keeping with that tendency to be audacious, Amelia took things to the next level by removing the hair altogether.
In the video here, we can see that Amelia is sitting in a chair as someone has applied shaving cream to her eyebrows. That is then followed up by the person taking a razor, as they shaved her eyebrows off.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “Only 4 u @melzy917 & fashion of course.” It is not exactly clear why Amelia would decide to do this, but outside an alternative explanation country, it could have been due to the following reasons.
First of all, there has been a recent rise in the number of stars who decided to do a similar thing. Singer Doja Cat also shaved her eyebrows and followed it up by doing the same with her head on Instagram Live.
Secondly, Amelia could have done this as a publicity stunt in order to generate a reaction for clout. And whichever way you look at it, there has certainly been a lot of talking points.
The fans on social media did not hold back on what they thought about the whole decision. And in the process of doing so, they bashed Amelia on the grounds that she looked worse off.
One person wrote: “Put some eyebrows on girl. It’s a strange look,” while another person stated: “Giving alien vibes.” It is fair to say that Amelia’s look did not go down very well with the public.
But she has shown time and again that she will continue to do what is best regardless of what others may have to say about it all. And that is not going to be changing anytime soon.
