George Clooney looked back at his time on ‘ER’ with many fond memories.
George Clooney Is Still On Good Terms With His ER Co-Stars
Clooney may be one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, but it was his time as Dr. Doug Ross that resonated with the fans. Clooney would end up starring on five seasons of the show from the outset.
The hit drama would continue to run for 15 seasons before it stopped in 2008. While Clooney was arguably one of the biggest stars to emerge from there, he has continued to remain in touch with those connected to the show.
During an interview on the”The Drew Barrymore Show,” he said: “I guess it was the friendship I have with all of them and that I continue to have. I had [Anthony] Tony Edwards at the house in Italy three weeks ago — he and Mare came.”
This was not the only thing that Drew wanted to explore. The talk show host expanded on how she once made out with a friend of the actor.
It turns out that Drew got close with his hairstylist at the time, Waldo Sanchez. Rather than this being an organic connection, Drew simply had too much drink which is why she could not forget what had happened.
And by the looks of it, Clooney remembered all too well. Her following comments confirmed as much: “I got so drunk while we were making ‘Confessions of a Dangerous Mind’ I made out with Waldo,” to which he replied: “I remember.”
The fans on social media resonated with Clooney’s comments. And in the process of doing so, they also recalled many great episodes from the show that he had been involved in. One person wrote: “Now I am bing watching ER.”
It is not very often that co-stars continue to remain in touch, especially following huge success like Clooney, so when they do, it is just as well.
