The two ended up parting ways, as their divorce was finalised in 2021 after it became clear to Jana that Mike was not going to reform. She had given him ample opportunity to prove that he was faithful.
So once it became clear that this was no longer the case, they went their separate ways with the only source of communication being for the sake of co-parenting their children: Jolie and Jace.
With that being said, it appears that Mike was a serial cheater. During a conversation with Jada Pinkett Smith on the ‘Red Table Talk,’ the former asked Jana if it was 13 women he had cheated with to which she replied: “[it was] more.”
That was not the only thing that had left Kramer feeling outraged. She was very vocal about how the family unit had been broken up, which means for the first time her children will spend the upcoming Christmas festivities without being a full family unit.
And that is something that she continues to resent Mike for, especially since he was forgiven for the acts of infidelity but this did nothing to make him actually change and stop.
While Mike did end up seeking help for his sex addiction, in truth, it was all for nothing. That is why Jana could not overlook his mistakes.
She added: “I know we’re both in better situations, but I think about this year, my kids won’t wake up at my house [on] Christmas Day.
“That one’s gonna hurt. That’s when I get like — ‘That’s not fair.’ He took away my dream of what I wanted for my family. That’s not fair.”
The pair did the right thing in walking away from each other, which is why it is more important than ever to look out for the welfare of the children. So there you have it folks.
