Megyn Kelly won’t remain silent when she is certain about something. Now she is certain that Meghan Markle didn’t have anything against the objectification on the ‘Deal or No Deal’ show.
The latest episode of the Archetypes podcast is out and creates yet another controversy. It seems like controversial statements are becoming a regular thing for Meghan Markle’s podcast. Not a single episode passes by without creating some debate about it.
‘Briefcase Girl’ Meghan Markle Says ‘Deal or No Deal’ Show Treated Her Like A Bimbo – Megyn Kelly Says She Is A Fraud And ‘Loved Every Minute Of It’
This last episode ‘struck’ Megyn Kelly, and she slammed the Duchess of Sussex. She called her a ‘fraud’, and she branded her ‘The Duchess of Duplicity’. The TV host accused Meghan Markle of making up stories so she can look more like a victim when actually she ‘loved every minute of being a briefcase girl’.
“Meghan Markle knew exactly what she was getting herself into on that job and it was no surprise to her that they wanted her to look as good as possible while doing it.” – Megyn Kelly started the roasting of Meghan Markle. “What she’s trying to con us on now is whether she enjoyed it.” – Kelly added. “She loved every minute of it! She wanted to be objectified!”
In the podcast episode, Meghan Markle claims that people wanted to see her on-screen only for her looks. Even backstage, ‘they didn’t value her brains enough’.
“There was a very cookie-cutter idea of precisely what we should look like.” – Meghan Markle told her guest on the podcast. “It was solely about beauty, and not necessarily about brains.”
“I would end up leaving with this pit in my stomach, knowing I was so much more than what was being objectified on the stage.” – Meghan Markle went on to explain. “I didn’t like feeling forced to be all looks and little substance. They reduced me to this specific archetype.”
Megyn Kelly received this as an insult. As Meghan Markle is trying to trick her, and the whole world that she didn’t like all the attention she was getting while on the show.
“This woman is a fraud, and people get it.” – Megyn Kelly slammed the Duchess of Sussex. “It’s not something a new publicity team can solve. Nor any ‘fact-checker’. Only Meghan can solve it.”
The former Fox News and NBC star advised Markle to “stop the nonsense” and “stop the obsessive image-crafting.”
“We don’t feel sorry for you.” – Megyn Kelly spoke to Meghan Markle in the name of the whole world. “Be quiet for a while and do something meaningful that is not about you. Then maybe we’ll feel inspired to do something other than mock you.”
Meghan Markle’s claims get rejected by her former colleagues as well.
Claudia Jordan, a former ‘briefcase girl’ that appeared next to Meghan Markle says that “Deal or No Deal never treated us like bimbos. I’m especially protective of Howie Mandel who was nothing but kind and respectful.”
