The former star of ‘The Bachelorette’ ended up getting engaged with Rachel only to then break up after cheating on her by admitting that he kissed another woman.
The kiss ultimately happened when Tino was hanging out with some friends. And during a huge lapse in judgment, he leaned in to kiss the other woman whom he acknowledged had unfairly been dragged into this whole saga.
While that may have been the case, Tino did not tell Rachel immediately what happened. But when he did, it all ended in tears. In his comments on ‘The Viall Files’ podcast,’ Tino said: “Like, I do not stand by what I did at all.
“It was not cool. It wasn’t fair to Rachel, and it haunts me daily still. It’s something I’m ashamed of and certainly wish I could have done it differently like a million times over.”
With that being said, Tino has had to come to terms with the fact that Rachel has moved on. As such, he has decided to do the same but not without a cost. It appears that Tino has been getting some professional help by way of therapy.
Although that does nothing to take away what he did, it has allowed him to finally close the chapter. And yet, that has not prevented him from still having many fond memories of Rachel.
His following comments confirmed as much: “I really appreciate the hell out of her.” The fans on social media could not help but comment on Tino’s state of mind. A certain subset of people felt that he was still going through some major issues.
And by the looks of it, the comments were very harsh indeed. One person wrote: “He still looks unwell,” while another person stated: “He looks like s**t (good).”
