At Halloween Havoc, Damon Kemp would fail to remove Brutus Creed from the NXT roster. He lost to Julius Creed in a chaotic ambulance match, and tonight – Brutus gets five minutes alone with Kemp in the ring. Seeing as Kemp tried to end his career in WWE, we can not expect Brutus to hold his punches here tonight.

The Creed Brothers Are Dropped By Veer & Sanga

With Julius Creed hitting the ring for a promo, saying that while Saturday hurt – losing his brother in WWE would have hurt more. Julius wrote the last sentence in their history with Kemp, but tonight Brutus adds the final punctuation. Kemp would be called for the five minutes he promised, but he’d stay from the ring due not being medically cleared – meaning this would have to wait.

Brutus said that every day he waits, the ass-kicking will only get worse and worse. However, before they could leave the ring – Sanga & Veer would run down The Creed Brothers. Sanga would be hesitant to chokeslam Julius, but Veer would hit the lariat before dropping Brutus. Once upon a time, they were known as Indus Sher – and while a tag team name isn’t clear – the destruction was enough to let everyone know to fear them.

Ivy Nile ran to the ring to check on her Diamond Mine allies, and had a single question for Sanga, that being “Why?”. Prior to now, he’s been a gentle giant in NXT, standing up for those who were wronged. Veer changed something in him, but his hesitation shows that maybe he’s not gone yet.

Edris Enofe & Malik Blade Get Their First Title Shot In WWE

Pretty Deadly are already one of the most successful tag teams in NXT history, being the team to unify the NXT & NXT UK tag team championships at Worlds Collide. Tonight, the young team of Edris Enofe & Malik Blade get their chance at the NXT Tag Team Championships after defeating The Dyad and Briggs & Jensen on a recent episode of NXT TV. Pretty Deadly overlooked Enofe & Blade as potential challengers leading into that match, but are now well aware at what this underdog team can do given the chance.

Blade rushed in with a dropkick and a blockbuster, before Enofe hit an elbow drop – but Prince made the save. Wilson would be cut down with quick strikes, being sent to the floor. He’d bide his time to ensure he could get into the ring and tag Prince in. Pretty Deadly weathered that early storm, and would work on isolating Blade in their corner.

Wilson would get a two count off a Victory Roll, before Blade kicked out and hit a knee drop. Enofe got the tag, and would catch a flying Prince with a punch to the midsection. Side buster would land for a two count, before Enofe & Blade would run Pretty Deadly from the ring with lariats.

Wilson would be able to regain control in the ring with hard chops in the corner. Prince kept the pressure on with a chinlock, and Enofe escaped into a scoop slam. He’d roll to the floor and caught Wilson with a suplex. Prince was able to keep the ring cut firmly in half, before a big lariat.

Pretty Deadly Take Another Set Of Challengers Down

Enofe would finally get a tag to Blade, allowing for a hot tag. He’d be able to drop Prince with a flying forearm, before having Pretty Deadly flee to the floor. In response, Blade dove over the ring post onto them, before a crossbody in the ring for a two count. Pretty Deadly would work together to regain control with a toss into a double knee gutbuster, and Enofe wasn’t making the save – but Blade kicked out.

Blade would trade blows with Wilson, and made the tag to Enofe for a cutter/flatliner combo for a two count. Wilson would take a jumping knee to the jaw, and Blade protected the pinfall – only for Wilson to kick out. G9 would be blocked by Prince using the ropes, before Blade was thrown into the post. Spilt Milk would be avoided into a roll up for a near fall.

Enofe was taken off the apron, before Spilt Milk brought the finish – ensuring Pretty Deadly remained NXT Champions. It was a close one, and Enofe & Blade are going to be multi-time champions if they keep improving. Will Enofe & Blade get another chance?
