WWE Smackdown Results returned as Ronda Rousey headed to the ring for her open challenge. She started if off by saying the belt is back to where it belongs and told the fans she expects us to be grateful to have a fighting champion, but she doesn’t expect that out of us.
Fans are too mediocre to realize what they’re looking at and called for her challenger.
Ronda controlled through most of the early part of the match but Emma got a couple of roll up attempts before Ronda sent her into the ring steps.

Emma rolled out of the way and Ronda hit the stairs with her knee, and Emma locked in a tarantula before hitting a crossbody off the top rope for a near pinfall.
Ronda wrapped Emma up in the ropes a couple of times, but Emma fought back with a clothesline to buy some time.
Ronda sent Emma into the ref, then raked Emma’s eyes and hit a Piper’s Pit and an armbar for the submission win.
Backstage, Jey tried to get in to see Reigns about wanting a shot at Logan Paul, but Paul Heyman convinced him he’ll take care of it and was relieved when Jey left.
Shayna Baszler greeted Ronda backstage on her win, and Natalya got in Ronda’s face and Baszler choked her out.
Hit Row (Top Dolla, Ashante Thee Adonis) w/B-Fab and Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Legado Del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro) w/Zelina Vega
Hit Row and Nakamura headed to the ring and a brawl ensued with B-Fab challenging Vega, but Vega stayed on the floor as Hit Row cleaned house and Nakamura beat down Escobar.
Vega tried to give Escobar a pep talk and B-Fab booted her from the ring as we headed to commercial.
When we returned the match was underway and Legado sent Adonis into the announce table to turn it in their favor.

Nakamura tagged after Adonis for loose, and he and Escobar went strike for strike with Nakamura taking over with a combination of kicks for a near pinfall.
Top Dolla caught Wilde and Toro in a double slam, and Escobar caught him with a knee. Top Dolla didn’t waste time as his power leveled him and Nakamura won the match with a Kinsasha.
In his locker room, Heyman convinced Reigns to watch some footage of Logan Paul training, and when Reigns asked him why he’s watching it, Heyman responded that Paul just needs one lucky punch.
Heyman heard through the grapevine that Paul broke his hand and has steel pins in the hand he punches with.
Reigns tried to laugh it off, and in his haste to convince Reigns he’s dangerous, he accidentally compared Paul and Reigns to Brock Lesnar, and quickly talked his way out of Reigns’ locker room.
Karrion Kross w/Scarlett vs. Madcap Moss
Moss had the early advantage, but Kross quickly turned it around with a series of chops, knees, and boots.
Moss fought back with a shoulder block off the middle rope, and he sent Kriss to the floor with a clothesline.

Kross regained the upper hand and methodically hammered away. Moss started to fight back, but ran into an elbow for a pin attempt.
Scarlett distracted Moss so Kross could get the advantage and Kross hit a forearm to the back of Moss’ neck for the win.
Afterwards, Kross locked in a Kross Jacket and on a mic told Drew McIntyre Moss put up more of a fight because he’s not a hypocrite like Drew.
Uncle Howdy is introduced
Bray Wyatt came out, and when the fans chanted “Welcome back” he said hearing that gets him excited to do things.
He went on to say he’s new to this, but he wants us to know this is really him and he’s not hiding behind a mask. He went into how he has a dark side that likes him doing horrible things, and he knows there will be a time where he’s asked to do something horrible.

A video played with a new character that looked like a nightmare version of a colonial type and he said Wyatt is lying about wearing a mask and he’ll never be able to hide form his Uncle Howdy.
This was an awesome introduction to Wyatt’s new character and the show overall felt more like an Attitude Era one than any we’ve seen in a long time. It looks like Triple H’s vision is starting to take a firm hold.
