Since his return, Bray Wyatt has been teasing more and more of his new character with Uncle Howdy being the current power behind the curtain or incarnation of Wyatt.
We’ve seen glimpses of him on the titantron, but on last night’s WWE Smackdown (November 18), we finally got to see him in person, so to speak.
Bray Wyatt started the segment to apologize to LA Knight for attacking Knight last week, and Knight came out and acted like he accepted the apology and slapped Wyatt.
OH. MY. GOD.

Wyatt tried to shrug it off and said they were even and offered his hand and Knight slapped him again in what he called a two for one special.
Knight would pay for that but first we got our glimpse of Uncle Howdy when Knight was stopped by Megan Morant, who asked if he was hurrying out of the building to avoid facing payback from Bray Wyatt.
Howdy appeared through the open door Knight would step through to leave, and we headed to commercial.
After the commercial break, Knight was found unconscious and buried under a mound of equipment and security hurried to help him out.
We’re sure we’ll see Knight return and go after Wyatt, but for now there’s plenty of mystery to go around as to who Uncle Howdy is, and the WWE also trademarked Uncle Harper and that’s got us thinking too.
Who are Uncle Howdy and Uncle Harper?
Now that it appears Uncle Howdy has made his presence known, we’re looking forward to seeing Uncle Harper.

Both names were trademarked by the WWE, according to cinemablend.com, and many believe Uncle Harper will be another of the Wyatt family returning.
As many fans know, Luke Harper was the WWE persona of Jonathan Huber, and he and Wyatt were close friends until Huber’s untimely death in 2020.
There have been plenty of rumors about Wyatt’s real life brother Bo Dallas returning as Uncle Howdy, and that makes us wonder if Erick Rowan is going to be Uncle Harper?
Erick was another good friend of Huber and Wyatt, so it makes sense to have another big man take the mantle in homage to their friend.
While we doubt it’ll be the Wyatt family again, we are excited to see the scope of Wyatt’s vision fleshed out without too many hindrances like in the past.
