A Florida man pleaded guilty to a lewd behavior on a flight close to touching down in Boston on November 30, 2022. In April 2022, Bonita Springs native Donald Robinson (76) placed his hand on the thigh on a 21-year-old passenger.
Florida Man Who Masturbated Next to Fellow Passenger in Boston Pleads Guilty to Lewd Indecent and Obscene Acts
The victim noticed that Robinson was fondling himself through his pants after takeoff and recorded a 24-second video of the act. When she looked over again, the 76-year-old had exposed himself and placed his hand on her thigh.
She asked Robinson what he was doing but he simply remained silence and looked out the window for the rest of their flight. The victim typed a message which read “Hi, this man assaulted me and touched my leg and is masturbating” her phone and showed it to a passenger.
Once the plane touched down and the passengers began get off, the victim told a flight attendant what happened but was able to identify Donald Robinson since the aisle was crowded. He was only caught after surveillance video showed him looking behind him constantly.
Robinson was arrested at the baggage claim. He is looking at a maximum of 90 days, a year of supervised released, and $5,000.
