A new lawsuit has been launched against 54-year-old Marilyn Manson, claiming that he groomed and assaulted an underage girl numerous times during the 1990s.

This is not the first time the singer has faced allegations of sexual impropriety as he was previously sued in relation to similar charges in 2010.
Manson is named in the suit, as well as his former recording labels, Interscope and Nothing Records, with the plaintiff preferring to remain anonymous.
The legal action encompasses accusations of sexual battery and purposeful infliction of emotional anguish. Meanwhile, there are also claims of carelessness and intentional infliction of mental distress against the record labels.
Court documents state that Manson enticed the supposed victim onto his tour bus in 1995 following a show in Dallas. The woman was allegedly only 16 at the time of the incident.
The lawsuit goes on to state the following: “While on the tour bus, Defendant Warner performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and vaginal penetration.”
She alleges that one of the band’s members saw Manson physically assault her. Then Manson apparently commanded her to depart the bus and said he would murder her and her family if she informed anyone.
Allegedly, a personnel member of the band gave her a contact number with a password so she could meet Manson another time, and shortly after the attack she began taking drugs and drinking alcohol.
According to court records, she kept using drugs in subsequent years, with Manson ringing her up and conversing with her digitally, inquiring for explicit images of her and her friends.
The fans on social media were not surprised by the revelation. This was on the basis of his prior track record which did not come across well. One person wrote: “Yeah he’s a pretty creepy guy really.”
