Jonathan Secerdoti, a royal expert, has proposed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry would be willing to hold conversations with the Royal Family with the intention of improving their relationship, however they would require an apology first.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have asserted a variety of claims in opposition to the institution, most notably in Harry’s memoir, Spare. He had accused the firm of leaking stories in the press about him and Meghan.
Secerdoti warned that it will be difficult for them to be accepted back by the Royal Family because of their critical words against them. In his comments, he said: “I think Harry and Meghan have said they’re expecting an apology.
“But I think there aren’t many people who agree that it’s due that way round. Some of the individuals within [Spare] — the King, the Queen and the Prince of Wales — all come out of that book so badly.”
This comes amid reports that King Charles III has asked the head of the Church of England, the Archbishop of Canterbury, to mediate a resolution between the Duke of Sussex and Prince William.
It is believed that the Prince of Wales is worried that Harry and Meghan may create an unexpected spectacle during Charles III’s coronation in order to draw attention to themselves.
However, the monarch has expressed worries that if Harry and Meghan were to not be present at the crowning ceremony, it would cause more of a disruption than if they were there.
The response towards the Sussexes was damning. Large numbers of people made it clear that the couple had to issue an apology since they had decided to air the issues in public when it could have been resolved behind closed doors.
One person wrote: “They should be the ones to offer apologies to his family AND to the Markle family…. What a duo, expecting others to apologize to them, and for WHAT.”
