Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Results!
Tonight looks like it’s going to be a fun one with the Usos defending the Smackdown Tag Team Championship against Braun Strowman and Ricochet and a Fatal 4 Way to determine the Intercontinental Championship number one contender.
Without further ado, let’s get to the action!
Zayn makes his prediction
After a recap of last week’s attack on Sami Zayn, Paul Heyman opened the show in the ring to drop some of his wisdom.
He went into how he doesn’t offer predictions but spoilers since Brock Lesnar ended the Undertaker’s streak.
The fans chanted for Zayn, and Heyman took a slight detour before getting back to the Island of Relevancy is under attack on two fronts from Zane and Cody Rhodes, and then mocked Cody and said he didn’t know Dusty Rhodes raised an idiot.

Heyman went on that without the titles there is no Bloodline, Paul Heyman, or Roman Reigns. During that, Zayn snuck into the ring behind Heyman and demanded he mic.
Zayn pointed out that he’s not interested in hurting Heyman, and that a month ago everyone in the Bloodline would be out there beating him down, but Heyman’s alone because everyone knows Reigns is off the rails and everything is crumbling.
Zayn hugged Heyman and told hi to inform Reigns he doesn’t have to worry about Cody because he’ll be the one to take him down.
Drew McIntyre and Sheamus vs. Hit Row (Ashante Adonis, Top Dolla) w/B-Fab
Drew and Adonis started it off and Adonis talked some smack before Drew hit a Glasgow Kiss and then suplexed him across the ring.
Top Dolla pulled Adonis to the floor to save him from a Claymore, and Sheamus ran Adonis over after he tagged in.
The 10 Beats of the Bodhrán (or however many beats that @WWESheamus hit @AJFrancis410 with tonight) never gets old! 😂@DMcIntyreWWE @tehutimiles#SmackDown pic.twitter.com/5LYgwRn9qC

Sheamus hit a White Noise, and as Top Dollar went to interfere, Drew hit him with a Claymore and Sheamus nailed Adonis with a Brogue Kick for the win.
After the match, a Viking Raiders promo appeared on the titantron as they challenged Drew and Sheamus to a match next week.
Lacey Evans vs. Carmen Harress
Evans dominated this as she mauled her opponent before ending it with a Woman’s Right and a Cobra Clutch. She held on after the bell to further drive home her point.
Backstage, Jimmy Uso admitted to Heyman that he hasn’t heard back from Jey at all and can’t track him down.
