It appears that his time in WWE left as much of an impression on Logan Paul as his performances left on fans. On his Impaulsive podcast, the 28-year-old expressed his desire to return to WWE and he’s been following the product in Puerto Rico.
Logan Paul is “Hungry” to Get Back in the WWE Ring
Recently, he watched the weekly television as well the PLEs and expressed that while he has been on the product, he’s reconnecting with the fan side of wrestling’s appeal.
“For the first time, I’m watching the consumer angle. I didn’t always do that. As a YouTuber I got to go and be a YouTuber because I knew what people were looking for and what they wanted and what made a good video and kept the audience retained. Now as a WWE fan, I can see how the performance translates from what it feels like from my perspective to on TV and I think this angle in these last three months I’ve had off in this sport will lead to an amazing next couple years in the WWE.” (h/t: Wrestling Inc.)
Earlier in the year, there was speculation as to whether or not Logan Paul would re-sign with WWE. He impressed in his few matches and the opinion is that he’ll only get better if he pursues wrestling full-time. He would sign a new multi-year contract and is expected to be more active on broadcasts.
Of course, that comes with finding out what to do next with him and where the company sees him going. As he’s expressed, he wouldn’t have bothered with signing a new contract if he didn’t see himself as a champion in the company.

That could very well become a reality if he is actually going to be more active in-ring. If he’s regularly in the mix, we might even see him in Money in the Bank or some other high-stakes affair with gold on the line. It would all depend on where he is slotted in and where that road will take him in WWE.
Given his popularity and crossover appeal, WWE will want to capitalize on that and book him strongly over this new contract. Needless to say, bar injury, the sky’s the limit for Logan Paul and if he continues to improve from big match to match, the company could have a Kurt Angle-like situation on its hands.
