It’s hard to deny that right now, the professional wrestling landscape is perhaps the best it’s ever been. WWE & All Elite Wrestling are doing major business in the United States, while New Japan Pro Wrestling soars to new heights.
Impact Wrestling remains as solid as ever, and has the talent to continue to grow. However, despite all this – WWE remains the top name in the industry for many, and with the UFC merger incoming, will only become bigger.
Because of this, free agents would be wise to look at their options carefully, and Ricochet hopes to see two names join the roster over the next year.
Ricochet Feels Will Ospreay & Moose Are Perfect Fits For WWE
While speaking with Mark Andrews on the My Love Letter to Wrestling podcast, Ricochet would note two wrestlers who would have a lot to gain from joining WWE. Ricochet had the following to say.
“Will is up there. Will obviously already has a lot of backing, like Ricochet did before he went to WWE, but Will is up there. He has a lot, but with WWE behind him, it would be a lot more. There are a couple of guys. My homeboy Moose, who is currently working for someone else, Moose has the look, he’s huge, he’s in the ring. Nowadays, there are a lot of guys out there. That’s the problem, there are so many good dudes out there right now,”
Will Ospreay is set to potentially become a free agent in 2024, but is leaning towards a new deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Moose meanwhile is set to become a free agent later this year, as his deal with Impact Wrestling comes to an end. Out of the two, Moose is more likely to find his way to WWE – and could become a top star in the company with ease due to his TV experience and powerhouse style.
