‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set for some more fun and games in Genoa City and we’ve got plenty of fun spoilery goodies to share.
We’re in for a couple of plot twists that should prove interesting, especially since there’s some wiggle room in them to help keep us on our toes going forward.
Let’s dig into some spoilers!
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers: Is Billy sincere?
In what could be a great self discovery moment or a turn to the dark side, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have an epiphany about how he’s been acting.
The result will be that he’ll hurry to see Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and apologize for what he said and he thought.
He’ll claim he bought into what Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) was saying and the three of them will make up.
Or seem to. There’s every reason to think Billy won’t let go of his recent dark desire and that he’s looking to lull them into a false sense of security before he makes his move.
But he’s also shown himself to be pretty self aware at times like when he bucked against everyone to discover himself and he managed to get through that, but did this awaken too much of his dark side to let it be put back in its box?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 12: No Ashley
When Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) cut his honeymoon short and returns to Genoa City without Ashley, he’s going to raise some eyebrows.
Everyone will want to know why he came back without Ashley and they’ll think it’s all his fault. That may or may not be the case, especially if Ashley is still fixated on Jack in some way.
They could have a falling out if he pushes her to move on too hard, or it may be something else entirely.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 12: Phyllis’ games
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are sure that no one expected Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to really change. After all, she got away with everything with only a slap on the wrist.
Of course, she’ll delude herself into thinking she’s changed, but when she approaches Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) about getting back together with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), her true motives will become apparent.
We expect Summer will recognize Phyllis only wants to alleviate her guilt over what happened and it isn’t about Summer’s happiness. And as far as Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei), well, Phyllis simply likes Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) more than Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
What’ll make this fun is Daniel and Summer will be ready for their mother’s manipulations and be ready to put a stop to them.
