Since arriving in Impact Wrestling, Trinity’s taken the world by storm as she quickly earned her shot at the Knockouts World Championship and won it.
It’s been a great to watch as a fan of the sport but also to see her grow and make a name for herself with another company after her time with the WWE ended.
Trinity’s Found a Trusting Relationship with Impact Wrestling
For a while she did her thing and flew under the radar, but now that she’s found a new home, it looks like she’s settling in and enjoying herself and she’s a fan favorite once again.
She recently sat down with Muscle Man Malcolm and they talked about her relationship with Impact Wrestling and how her family’s supported her throughout.
Betting on herself
When she defeated Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts World Championship, Tom Hannifan hit with the line about her betting on herself and winning in an awesome uplifting moment.
It’s something we’ve heard several wrestlers talk about after leaving the WWE or other company as it’s what they’ve known and they question themselves and sometimes struggle.
Impact Wrestling has become a reclamation company in a way as they’ll take in anyone they feel they can work with and they bring out their best. The environment has been described as welcoming and like a brotherhood or sisterhood where everyone’s working toward making the best matches and shows possible.
In her interview, Trinity was asked about what it’s like working for Impact Wrestling, and she gave a very thoughtful answer.

“I’m so happy and I’m in such a good place. I feel that I’m getting these incredible opportunities and I’m working through them week by week. I feel that my confidence is growing and I’m improving. I’m really excited and feel very fulfilled and rewarding, getting all these different matchups. I think it’s helping me grow better as a wrestler, as a performer, as a competitor having so many different opponents here in IMPACT and learning everyone’s different styles. It’s really been an incredible journey and also to just be away from all that I’ve known in this wrestling world in the way I came in and to just be in something just so different, away from my husband away from, you know, my other friends and support systems. It’s been an incredible journey of growth for me and I’m very happy about it.
I think it’s a very trusting relationship and I feel heard. I feel valued. I feel seen. I feel respected and I’m very thankful for that.”
The topic of her family came up, including her husband and his family that are still in the WWE, on her joining Impact Wrestling.
“Everyone’s happy for me, but initially, it was like a shock to everyone. I’m where I am because of where I am, but never did we think, you know, I wouldn’t be with my family. You know what I mean? But I think this is what it takes and where I am and I’m happy with it. I think the good with this entire situation, the good is finally starting to outweigh the bad. I’m grateful. I’m happy.”
It’s never easy starting over, and we think it’s great that she’s found a new wrestling home and her family and friends are behind her on her journey.
Time will tell out her Impact Wrestling career turns out, but it looks like it’s going to be a good one as she’ll keep glowing.
