WWE Smackdown Results returned as AJ Styles demanded a match against Solo despite the OC trying to convince him to leave the Bloodline be.
The Miz came out to the ring and he wasted no time in saying his match against LA Knight will be the biggest of Knight’s career and he mocked him for not being at Miz’s level.
Knight came out to interrupt him when the Miz said Knight’s not at the level he was ten years ago and the crowd welcomed him with a loud pop and chanting his name.
Knight called Miz out for his cosplays that include the Rock, John Cena, and now LA Knight. He pointed out that aside of not being able to fill out their clothes, all three of those he listed are people he wishes he could be but can’t be.
Knight talked about how he raised himself up from the streets and did it all, and Miz talks about how easy it is to be him.

He said he’s not on Miz’s level because he comes in from a reality show while he worked his way up and said he’s far above the Miz.
Miz mocked him for being on a reality show The Hero and he was the first one eliminated. Miz succeeds because he’s a star.
Knight said he took advantage of every opportunity and he doesn’t fault the Miz for that. He then pointed out Maryse is the star of their show.
He promised she’ll be empty when he breaks her husband, but one call from him will fix that.
The Miz countered by saying the fans love him because they’re failures and like the low hanging fruit and hoping he’ll succeed since they can’t.
Knight ripped into him about getting into a time machine because his present is trash and hit future is ruined. Miz went for a cheap shot, but Knight avoided that, but Miz managed to hit a Skull Crushing Finale and he told Knight that’s his future.
As the Miz headed up the ramp, Knight went after him and nailed him from behind before security came out and held him back so Miz could escape.

Bayley turned it around after being locked up in the ropes and stomped away on Shotzi, but it didn’t last long as Shotzi hit a senton off the apron to take back control.
Shotzi fired off a series of kick, but Bayley hung her up in the Tree of Woe to his a elbow for a near pinfall.
Bayley caught her on the top rope and then wanted the women’s title from SKY to use as a weapon when Flair came out and took out SKY. She then clocked Bayley and Shotzi nailed her to get the win.
Solo Sikoa vs. AJ Styes
Styles went right after Solo when the bell rang and fired off several shots before Solo shoved him back and ran him over with a shoulder tackle.
Styles turned it around by getting his knees up to counter a leaping headbutt by Solo, but Solo easily countered his body slam attempt with his own.
Styles picked the pace up and hit a dropkick, but was distracted by Paul Heyman as he came out and Solo hit him from behind.
Solo tried to press his advantage but Styles pulled the top rope down to send him to the floor where he hit a running knee of the apron and a crossbody.
Solo caught Styles off the top rope with a right and slid him into the ring post ribs first. He then hit a belly to belly suplex for a near pinfall.

Styles counted a Samoan Spike with a kick, a step up kick, and a Pele kick to buy some time. Styles fired up and hit a dropkick on Solo’s left knee, and then slipped out of a Samoan Drop to hit a combination.
Solo caught him off the ropes with a Samoan Drop for a near pinfall. Styles caught him with a clothesline and a springboard moonsault for a near pinfall.
Solo countered a Styles Clash by picking Styles up and dumping him on the apron, and when Styles went for a Phenomenal Forearm Jimmy came out of nowhere to take out Styles’ legs. Solo ended it with a Samoan Spike.
Jimmy embraced Solo, and Solo grabbed him and was going to hit him with a Samoan Spike but Heyman stopped him.
In the ring, Jimmy hit Styles with a superkick and an Uso splash before he raised a finger to signify he wants back in the Bloodline.
This was a curious twist at the end in an excuse to keep the Bloodline story going.
What do you think Jimmy’s intentions are? Let us know in the comments below and thank you for joining WWE Smackdown Results. We had a blast and can’t wait for next week.
See you all then!
