Aaron Rodgers may have recently split up from Shailene Woodley, but that did not stop him helping his teammate, David Bakhtiari, find some happiness.
Aaron Rodgers Helps His ‘Greenbay Packers’ Teammate David Bakhtiari Get Married
The star of ‘The Green Bay Packers’ was on hand to make sure that David could get married. According to reports, Aaron was there to officiate the wedding in Santa Barbara.
In the video here, we can see that Aaron is having a proactive role in the proceedings. He is walking around and checking out the venue, as well as having some drinks.
Not only that, but he can be seen on the microphone reading what appears to be some of the wedding vows. By the looks of it, the event went ahead very well indeed.
In a post on Instagram, we can see a series of pictures of the married couple. They are walking down the aisle and have huge smiles on their faces. And yet, this event was also significant for other reasons.
Reports also stated Shailene was present at the wedding. This is very significant, as it would seem to demonstrate that the rumours about them reconciling could actually be true.
In addition, they were apparently considering getting married themselves prior to their split. Nevertheless, not everybody was impressed by the ceremony.
This was based on the following reasons. First of all, people felt that if Aaron left the Green Bay Packers, then it would be as a result of Shailene.
And given that she was apparently at the wedding, it was not welcomed. Secondly, in any event, a certain subset of people felt that Aaron’s input actually backfired. In the process of helping out, they were of the view that he made things worse.
One person wrote: “He had a great ceremony until the very end (the most important part) and then he choked and ruined the whole thing.
“He’s not sure if he’s gonna return to officiating weddings or not. He needs time to think.” Regardless of what you think about Aaron, the most important thing was that his friend’s wedding went ahead without any trouble. So there you have it folks.
