The comments came during the promotion of her memoir ‘Breaking The Mold, at a book signing in Los Angeles. During the course of that process, she had a Q and A session with some of her fans.
So when she was asked about the A-list celebrities she had met during her life, Brad’s name surprisingly came up. When she was asked about him, this is what she had to say: “He was a gentleman and kind.
“He was incredibly polite, I was taken aback by that, like a gentleman from another era.” The pair had met in 2019 at a party for the film, ‘If Beale Street Could Talk.’
And as they were talking, she recalled how Brad loved the idea of producing movies. In the picture here, we can see them standing side-by-side. They both have huge smiles on their faces suggesting that things went very well.
Although it was important for her to meet him, Blanca did not anticipate the reaction that would happen next. The photo instantly went viral and a lot of people had something to say about that.
She added: “It just shows you the power of the internet that one little photo like that can be circulated and all these assumptions can be made.”
Naturally, fans started to speculate whether or not there was a romantic connection going on. Despite Brad being single after splitting up from Angelina Jolie, she downplayed those suggestions by stating that they were only having a friendly conversation.
She continued: “But I can understand he has not really dated since he split from Angelina, so everyone wants to know who’s next? What is he up to? It’s the nature of our culture.”
Blanca may not have gotten with Brad, but she did have the opportunity to meet one of Hollywood’s biggest stars which not many people get the opportunity to do so. And that will be a memory that will last for a lifetime.
