Former star of ‘The Bachelor’ franchise Lauren Bushnell Lane has admitted that she is not fazed by the body-shaming comments she has received following her pregnancy.

Lauren, for her part, recently welcomed the arrival of her son Dutton with her husband Chris Lane in the middle of last year.
While that would have usually been a source of happiness, it was clouded by the negative remarks she had received about her body.
This resulted in Lauren hitting back at her critics, initially, but now she has taken it with a pinch of salt and developed some resilience in light of everything that she has been through.
In an interview with Us Weekly, she said: “I hate to say that I’m used to it [shaming], but I kind of am. I feel like I developed a pretty thick skin … so it doesn’t really bother me a whole lot.”
Nevertheless, one thing that Lauren cannot get over is any negative comments about her son. It is one thing directing hate at her, but another thing entirely when it is done towards Dutton, as he is not even a year old.
But in order to counter this, she has continued to share her happy memories with her fans on social media. In the picture here, we can see that she is standing with Dutton as they look in the mirror during the course of a selfie.
Lauren has a beaming smile on her face and could not be in a better mood. With that positive mindset in place, she has now been able to navigate any challenges she has received on social media.
She added: “I have noticed that I go into mama near mode whenever anything is said about my son, which honestly rarely happens, but social medias seems like it’s a little bit more of a positive place than it was six years ago.”
