Flash and Justice League actor Ezra Miller was arrested in Big Island Hawaii following an incident that resulted in a second-degree assault charge.
“Flash” Star Ezra Miller Arrested at a Traffic Stop After Throwing a Chair at a Woman in Hawaii
The incident occurred at 1 AM on Tuesday, April 19 during “a get together a private residence” in the Pāhoa area, according to the Hawaii Island PD’s statement. At some point during the morning, Miller became irate and threw a chair—which hit a young woman in the head.
The chair left a cut on her forehead but the 26-year-old woman declined medical treatment. Given that the statement doesn’t mention speaking with Miller when the Puna Patrol responded to the assault, the actor likely fled immediately after throwing the chair.
However, they were later arrested during a traffic stop in Kea’au at around 1:30 AM. At around 4:05 AM, Miller posted bail and was released. Just like their karaoke bar incident—there’s more.
Roughly 12 hours later, Ezra Miller at a court hearing on Zoom about the said karaoke bar incident. They would plead no contest to the disorderly conduct charge. As a result, the court fined Miller $500 and banned them from Hilo’s Margarita Village. The charges of harassment and a traffic violation were both dropped as part of a plea deal.
The “29-year-old visitor from Vermont” has caused several disturbances in Hilo, Hawaii. Besides the blow-up at the karaoke bar over someone’s singing, they also ran into a couple’s bedroom at a hostel and said “I will bury you and your slut wife” before stealing identification. The couple would request a temporary restraining order but the petition was later dropped.
