Sammy Guevara was forced to cheat to overcome the challenge of Scorpio Sky and became the TNT Champion for the third time in his career. Sky was not going to take his laying down, and has demanded a rematch. Guevara was very happy to accept – so long as the American Top Team gave him the Mixed Tag Team match they promised. Tonight, Sky gets his chance to get his gold back – in a ladder match!

Sammy Guevara Gets Plucked From The Sky

Sky would have Dan Lambert in his corner tonight, while Sammy Guevara brought Tay Conti. Ethan Page was sent to the back tonight, trusting his partner can win tonight. Sky struck fast before Guevara even hit the ring, before driving him into the barricade and steel steps.

He’d grab the ladder, and was able to use it as a weapon to keep Guevara down. The ladder was put into the ring, before Guevara was able to hit a German Suplex on the ramp. Into the ring, the ladder was set up – and Guevara attempted to catapult Sky into it.

Instead, Sky latched on and nearly grabbed the gold – but Guevara would yank him down. Guevara would drop Sky, before hitting a massive spinning dive off the ladder to put Sky down once again. Sky would be able to recover, and would climb the ladder before Guevara would shove it down.

Tay Conti got a cheap shot in on Sky, as Guevara grabbed a second ladder. Sky would be able to strike him down once again, before draping Guevara on a ladder – and kicking him right in the face. Sky would look for the win, but Guevara would spring off a ladder and try to take him down – only to be caught out of the sky with a cutter.

Scorpio Sky Is Now A Two-Time TNT Champion!

Sky would grab another ladder from under the ring, this one covered in barbed wire. He’d look to hit the TKO onto it, only to take the Spanish Fly onto the barbed wire. Dan Lambert hit the ring, before Conti hit a low blow. Paige VanZant would hit the ring and even the odds – before Guevara and Conti hit from behind.

The barbed wire ladder was put back into the ring, but Sky would hit a flatliner and start the climb up the ladder. Conti would stop Sky in his tracks, but VanZant stopped Guevara. Sky & Guevara climbed with the extra weight, but neither man grabbed the title.

VanZant & Conti fell to the ring, before Sky would bite the hand of Guevara- before being punched down. Sky would tilt the ladder, and Guevara went spine first into the barbed wire. With the crowd behind him, Sky would almost get the gold. Guevara made one last leap at the gold, but was punched off.

Sky would grab the gold, and is now a two time TNT Champion. Frankie Kazarian was promised the first shot – and Sky is a man of his word.

Will Scorpio Sky have a better reign this time as TNT Champion? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
