Travis Scott should be arrested and put in jail for the deaths that occurred at Astroworld.
Astroworld Documentary Maker Of ‘Concert Crush’ Charlie Minn Demands That Travis Scott Be Punished-‘He Is A Criminal, Ten People Died’
That is according to Charlie Minn, a documentary maker set to release his film “Concert Crush” about the tragedy. It is no secret that Travis was heavily criticised for failing to ensure that people had gotten medical attention, as soon as possible, once it became clear that the stadium was no longer safe.
As a result, a reported 10 people died in the process as well as many others injured. While Travis has faced lawsuits since then, coupled with the fact that he has lost brand deals such as his sneaker one with Nike, Charlie is of the view that Travis has not sufficiently been held accountable for his conduct.
In an interview with Page Six, he said: “Travis Scott to me is a punk. In my opinion, he is a criminal. Ten people died. How do we get around that?”
Charlie’s comments could not have come at a more pertinent time after additional reports indicated that Travis is set to come back to the music industry. The star is expected to headline in South America this summer where up to 100,000 people are expected to attend.
Clearly, this would demonstrate that Travis does not have any qualms about performing again, nor does he feel that the public reaction will be hostile.
And this was equally reflective of his comments in response to Charlie’s film. In a statement given on behalf of Travis, a representative stated: “[The movie is a] blatant piece of propaganda.
“This movie is not a serious investigative piece.” The fans on social media, however, disagreed with what Travis had to say.
A significant proportion of people wanted him behind bars, as they felt that was the only way to get justice for those that had suffered. One person wrote: “He absolutely should, I hope those families take every penny from him.”
So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
