Lance Bass has expressed his worries about Britney Spears’ ‘freedom’ despite the termination of her conservatorship.

Britney, for her part, achieved a monumental victory in court when her conservatorship was terminated in November 2021. Although that was the case, the singer’s mental health has been called into question of late.
This has been predicated upon her social media activity, which has been characterised by numerous nude pictures. This was in addition to the news that she had suffered a miscarriage, with some people even questioning the credibility of her pregancy.
And things have only been compounded by Lance, who stated that he has been unable to get in touch with her. In his comments, he said: “Not at all [no contact]. It’s just, you know, there’s a wall around her.
“And for some reason, those people don’t want her old friends involved with her life.” Lance does have a point. The pair were close to each other after having first struck up a friendship when Britney was going out with his former ‘Nsync’ band-mate Justin Timberlake.
And that friendship blossomed as Lance had informed Britney that he was gay prior to him coming out to the public. Therefore, the fact that the relationship is not what it used to be has hurt Lance.
In his prior comments, Lance remarked: “We’ve been kept away from each other for quite a while. I just wish her luck. She seems very happy, so I’m happy that she’s happy.”
The fans on social media had a mixed response. While people were worried that Britney was going through a tough period, others felt perhaps she had moved on from Lance.
One person wrote: “The same man that believed Britney’s sister and said she was ok and that the free Britney movement was basically a joke…She obviously doesn’t like him, besides, he didn’t help her at all.”
