However, now it seems that all works out well for the popular actor. He will finally take a role in a movie that will bring him enough funds. Finally he will receive as a consolation price. Consolation price, since he did not get what he initially asked for from the defamation trial.
Rumors state that after the trial, Johnny might also return to the Pirates of the Caribbean. The actor is ready to become a captain once more.
Furthermore, Depp is cast to play King Louis XV in the movie Jeanne Du Barry. A movie about the life of Jeanne Bécu, born as the illegitimate daughter of a poor seamstress in the 18th century.
