Instagram model Mary Magdalene is suing American Airlines for kicking her from a flight because of her 22-pound breasts. She claims that she was discriminated against for looking “too explicit” to ride on the plane.

From her account of the situation, Mary Magdalene says that she purchased a $5,000 ticket and was booted off the flight not long after she sat down. Who knows, maybe staff had to see if there was a problem here or something they could pull her from the flight for since she was kicked off of the flight and not barred from flying. Magdalene and her breasts were spotted well before she boarded the flight.
That aside, airport staff claim that Mary Magdalene was pulled from the flight because she was wearing earphones and not paying attention to the flight attendant. She would post a photo of herself with the offending earphones which stated:
“Onviously this is why whe kick me off cuz I loom too ecplicot bit thats not legal so she had to say its because I was sleeping snd vouldnt hear her girl bye all her dtaff os on my side ur geettinv sued ehore!!!” [sic]
The Instagram model would eventually get to fly but the situation has soured her on the whole ordeal. She has posted on the situation several times and some commenters point out that airlines can stop passengers for certain attire. In Mary Magdalene’s case, she was wearing a sports bra.
Despite this, she plans to sue the airline for discrimination.
