The internet is set on fire this time because of one of the sexiest Latinas. But, the reason is not the one that initially comes into your mind. Jennifer Lopez’s daughter, Emme Maribel Muñiz, might have some different sexual preferences than most of the girls her age.
A TikTok video causes this whole whirlwind of rumors and allegations. In the video it is noticeable that Jennifer Lopez refers to her daughter using gender-neutral pronouns.
Jennifer Lopez Introduces Her Daughter Using Gender-Neutral Pronouns
All this starts while the mother and daughter are at the sixth annual Blue Diamond Gala of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation where Lopez performed some of her hits. Stunning as always, the sight of Jennifer only looked beautiful. As she went through her hits, chills passed through the whole public.
All of a sudden, the Latina star decides to call her daughter to the scene to perform right next to her. This is where all this starts. The 14 years old Emme Mariber enters the stage with a massively different outfit than her mother. Furthermore, as Jennifer calls her daughter to the stage, the fans notice that the Latina queen is not referring to her with female pronounces, but with rather gender-neutral ones. She uses ‘they’ and ‘them’ rather than she.
“The last time we performed together was in a big stadium like this, and I always ask them to sing with me, but they don’t want to. So this is a very special occasion because they’re very, very busy and booked and expensive. They cost me when they come out, but they’re worth every penny because they’re my favorite duet couple of all time.” – the Bronx Diva says.
Emme joins her mother for a performance of Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Born in the USA’. She had some part in the intro of the ‘Let’s get loud’ as well. Jennifer Lopez did have some disputes over the singing of Springsteen’s song at the event with the organization. She claims that she is not actually ‘born in the USA’. She refuses to sing the song, but the organization somehow manages to find a clever way to make her do it. Her children are ‘born in the USA’. So the clever way to do it is to implement her daughter in the performance to end all the drama.
But as one drama is solved the other one arose. The internet is filled with questions. Why did the Bronx Diva decide to refer to her daughter with ‘they’? There are comments that Emme is not sexually sure what she wants for herself. And she seems to be open about it to her mother.
What do you think about this? Do you approve of Lopez’s supportive character when it comes to the gender identity of her daughter?
