Justin Sylvester Denies Pushing Co-Host Jenna Bush Hager After She Got Close To Him-‘We Were Both Flirting’
The pair were involved in a controversial cooking segment on the show when it appeared that Justin had pushed her on the basis that she was getting close and invading his personal space.
In the clip here, we can see that Justin has to use his arm to create a barrier to separate himself from Jenna who continues to get close to him.
Despite that being the case, Justin had an innocent explanation for all of this. It turns out that the pair were simply flirting. In a post on Instagram, he said: “People thought that she was invading my space, and that’s actually not the truth.
“What we were doing was we were both flirting… Well, I was flirting with the chef because he was so cute and I was pushing her out of the way so I could have a one-on-one moment with the chef.”
Now that this was cleared up, Justin also wanted to take some time out and praise Jenna. He hit out at her critics and condemned them for taking the clip out of context and creating a whole new narrative around it.
In the process of doing so, Justin wanted to reassure everyone that Jenna could not be a nicer person. His following comments confirmed as much: “That girl is one of the nicest, most welcoming people that I’ve ever met.”
The fans on social media resonated with what Justin had to say. They were happy that things between the pair were in a really good place.
One person wrote: “That’s what I got from the video , it was a joke between him and her that they wanted the chef.”
