During an Oakland Athletics game on August 21, 2022, a couple was filmed engaging in oral sex resulting in a police investigation.
The Oakland PD Is Looking into a Couple Having Slow Game Oral Sex During an Oakland Athletics Game
The two fans were in attendance during the Mariners vs. Athletics game when another fan caught the two getting the deed done while filming. Mind you, the video doesn’t show much outside a couple of seconds of the woman performing oral on the guy.
Word of this got back to Oakland PD who are actively investigating it:
“The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this until after the game and we have initiated an investigation.”
If the couple is found and charged, they’re looking at up to six months in jail and up to a $1,000 fine. As there were definitely children at the game, it’s fortunate that none appeared near the couple while this was going down and that they didn’t pop up on the KissCam while the woman was in mid-gawk gawk.
Sex at the game isn’t a common practice–again, it’s a family event–but is pretty rare with public indecency and other misdemeanors to deal with. It’s one of those things that participants have to really believe is worth doing during a public event.
Either these two were bored out of their minds, their team was losing and they had nothing to lose that day, or they just really felt that this game was the time and place.
