Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are one of the iconic couples in Hollywood that despite all obstacles remained strong and remained together for more than 25 years. However, after a long time, their ‘love’ finally ends and they decide to split.
Everybody knows that Sylvester Stallone has an affection for dogs. His rise to fame was initiated by the selling of his beloved dog Butkus. According to TMZ, one of the main disputes after the split is a fight they have about their dog, the Rottweiler Dwight. Both of them want to keep the dog since it is like family to them.

TMZ reports that Stallone has a firm stance that the dog should stay with him, while Flavin doesn’t want to get a new dog. She is attached to Dwight and will not give him away for anything. This fight between the couple leveled up as they brought up ‘relationship issues from the past’ that escalated the matter to the highest level. In the end, Flavin left and the Rocky star remained with his dog Dwight to promote his new show ‘Tulsa King’.
“So incredibly happy with my newly acquired four-legged friend ‘DWIGHT’ my character from the Series, he keeps on banging and keeps on barking.” – Stallone took to social media.
Jennifer Flavin meanwhile, filed for divorce. After 25 years of marriage, the Florida County Court will decide the details of the split of the couple.
Stallone released a statement that the split is not because of a dog, and is not about anything so trivial. According to him, the marriage between him and Flavin is not what it used to be. That is why separation would be the best option for both.
“We just went in different directions.” – The Rambo star said. “I have the highest respect for Jennifer. I will always love her. She’s an amazing woman. She’s the nicest human being I’ve ever met.”
In the official filing for divorce, Jennifer Flavin accused Stallone of moving assets from the marital funds.
According to TMZ, the wife now wants ownership over the couple’s Palm Beach home, while the divorce is ongoing. She wants Stallone to move out of there until the end of the divorce procedure.
In addition to this, Flavin requested her last name back. Also, she requested a judge to rule for stoppage of all activities on the marital funds.
Stallone replaced the tattoo of his wife on his right shoulder and this initiated the rumors about the couple’s split. He now has his dog Butkus over the tattoo of his wife.
