Bishamon are so close to winning back to back World Tag League tournaments that they can practically taste it. In the main event, they’re taking on TMDK – with the winners advancing to the finals. Aussie Open already made the finals with the aid of House of Torture’s victory over Tetsuya Naito & SANADA, and now we find out who will join them on December 14th.
TMDK Have Already Conquered Aussie Open, And Are Ready To Do It Again
YOSHI-HASHI would kick things off with Shane Haste, being taken down to the mat with a side headlock takeover. A counter in the form of a double wrist lock would follow, with Haste able to slip free before a dropkick to the back of the neck. Hirooki Goto & Mikey Nicholls would make their way into the ring, with Nicholls forced to the ropes but let go with a clean break.
He’d take advantage with a boot to the midsection, before trading shoulder tackles with Goto in the ring. Bishamon would work together to drop Nicholls with a double shoulder tackle, before the Sanmai senton from YOSHI-HASHI. Haste would be beaten down with The War Drum, falling onto the chest of his partner.
Bishamon would be sent from the ring, with Haste driving the face of YOSHI-HASHI into the apron before tossing him into the barricade infront of Aussie Open. Back in the ring, Haste would attack the arm of YOSHI-HASHI, setting up a stiff kick to the spine. Nicholls would hit the ring for a backdrop into a neckbreaker, with Goto breaking the pinfall up.
YOSHI-HASHI would have his ears attacked in the ring during a rear chinlock, prompting the referee to break the hold up. Haste got the tag, with YOSHI-HASHI trying and failing to chop his way out of the TMDK corner. A superplex was set to be assisted with a powerbomb from Nicholls, but YOSHI-HASHI held strong – allowing for a tag after Haste was simply powerbombed.
Bishamon Inch Closer To Back To Back World Tag League Victories
Goto would hit the ring with some heavy lariats, before being caught with a DDT. YOSHI-HASHI would get the tag, dropping Haste with a dropkick to the knee. A neckbreaker would follow, before Haste nailed a Falcon Arrow for a near fall.
TMD would hit some rushing lariats into the corner, before Nicholls would hit a sliding lariat for a two count. Thunder Valley would be attempted, with YOSHI-HASHI fighting free for some superkicks. Goto would hit the ring and catch Nicholls with a hip toss, before trading elbow smashes in the middle of the ring.
Rolling lariat was blocked, with Nicholls hitting a Death Valley Driver before TMDK hit the standing variant of Tank Buster for a near fall. Top rope Tank Buster attempt would end with Haste hitting Nicholls with a DDT, before being run down with a lariat. Violent Flash would be used to set up Shoto, but Nicholls fought hard to avoid – before finally being dropped.
