Authorities in Wisconsin Arrest 2 for Drug Trafficking and Weapons Charges – Homemade Explosives Among the Weapons Seized
According to the KCSD, they received information about a residence in Pleasant Prairie being a drug house. A search warrant was obtained and the joint forces of KDOG, the Kenosha County Tactical Response Team, and the Pleasant Prairie PD made several arrests and seizures.
Among the items seized were a ‘large amount’ of drugs—marijuana if the felony charges are any indication—and paraphernalia. Also seized were six firearms and eight homemade explosives. While raids where weapons and explosives tend to go off without violence, this could’ve gone bad just by the explosives being present.
The two suspects were booked into the Kenosha County Jail and charged with illegal possession of firearms, possession of homemade explosives, possession with intent to deliver (THC), and operating and maintaining a drug house.
