According to a court ruling, Todd and Julie Chrisley must report to prison in January. Per the documents obtained, Todd, 53, and Julie, 49, must report to their respective Florida institutions on January 17, according to a motion filed by the U.S. Marshal’s Office on Monday. Julie will spend her sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution Marianna, some 2.5 hours away, while Todd will do his time at the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola.
Additionally, in their facilities, they will be under minimal security. The Chrisleys received individual sentences last month for participating in federal bank fraud and tax evasion. Julie was given a seven-year sentence, while Todd received a 12-year sentence.

Along with their jail terms, both received a 16-month probationary period. Peter Tarantino, their former accountant, was also given a three-year prison term and a three-year supervised release period. On May 1, he will report to prison. The Chrisleys have defended their innocence and plan to appeal the verdict. Following their court appearance in November, Todd and Julie’s attorney, Alex Little of Burr & Forman LLP, shared a statement in which he alleged that the court had lied to support Todd and Julie’s conviction.
“Todd and Julie are people of faith, and that faith gives them strength as they appeal their convictions,” Little continued to say. “Their trial was marred by serious and repeated errors, including the government lying to jurors about what taxes the couple paid.
Based on these issues, we are optimistic about the road ahead.” The biological grandchildren of the Chrisley Know Best couple, Chloe, 10, and Grayson Chrisley, 16, are both minors. During a recent episode of her podcast, their 25-year-old daughter Savannah Chrisley previously pledged to “show up” for the younger children. The 10th season of Chrisley Knows Best has already had several episodes filmed. The new episodes expected to start airing in 2023.
